Refund policy

We are positive that you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, we will accept returns and issue you a quick refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Items must be accompanied with an original Goodnyt tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket, with garment tags still attached and/or the products original packaging.

Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Returns outside of the 30 day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Goodnyt and will only be refunded as an online store credit.

In addition, every product purchased comes with the 'Goodnyt Warranty'. This guarantees your product is free from manufacturer's defect or it will be repaired or replaced.

Requirements for exchanging or returning items

Step 1: Pack the return item(s) with the following; an original Goodnyt tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket, with garment tags still attached and/or the products original packaging.

Step 2: Address the package to; Goodnyt Unit 2 / 18 Crocker Driver, Malaga WA 6090

Step 3: Drop off your package with the carrier of your choice to ship back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping fees for change of mind are at your expense. We will pay for returned postage in the case of a faulty product or an error made by us.
