How long will my order take?
Standard post: 3–9 business days. Express post: 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AWST, excluding public holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $80 receive free standard shipping. Express post is available at an additional cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed you'll receive a tracking number via email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, with original tags attached and original packaging included.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping for change of mind is at your expense. If the item is faulty or we made an error, we cover the return postage.
What if my product is faulty?
Contact us immediately. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded to your original payment method.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every GOODNYT product comes with the GOODNYT Warranty, guaranteeing it is free from manufacturer defects. We will repair or replace any confirmed defective item.
